Certified Camp Counselors® extensively trained in dog behavior, pet CPR, and pet first aid
Camper Interview required for all new dogs before joining the play group: our team learns each pup’s temperament, play style, and comfort level so we can match them with compatible companions
Snout-to-Tail Assessment at check-in to identify any potential health concerns before your dog enters the play yard
Play group separation by size, temperament, and activity level: smaller or more timid dogs play with compatible companions rather than larger high-energy groups
Vaccination and health requirements including being spayed or neutered if seven months of age or older, and current on vaccinations. Learn about our Bordetella policy
Scheduled rest breaks throughout the day to prevent overstimulation and keep energy levels balanced
Live Camper Cams℠ so pet parents can watch their dog play from a computer or mobile device anytime during the day
