Seasonal boarding times

• Seasonal Boarding Reservations require 50% deposit to hold the reservation.
• Seasonal pricing will be in effect.

**February 13-22 2026, April 2-12 2026, May 22-26 2026, July 3-5, All Weekends in July & August (Friday-Sunday), September 4-7 2026, October 9-12 2026, November 25-29 2026, December 18 2025-January 3 2026

Non Holiday or Peak times

• Payment for the balance of the full boarding stay will be collected at Pick up

Boarding checkout 

• Checkout is at 11:00 AM
• Extended checkout is available for $15

Holidays 

• Day Camp closed on Major Holidays. EASTER, THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND NEW YEARS DAY.
• Drop off for boarding is required the day before major holidays to better accommodate all our furry guests.
• Seasonal boarding require a 50% deposit at the time you make your boarding reservation.
• A seasonal period is considered 3 days before and 3 days after the actual holiday.
• Seasonal Boarding Cancellation Policy:
  • 8 days or more: Full Refund
  • 4 -7 day Notice: Forfeit 25% of deposit on boarding stay
  • 3 days or less of notice*: forfeit one night of boarding payment and receive remaining balance as camp credit
  • No show for reservation: forfeit deposit
  • *Please note: day of cancellation counts as 1 day but the first day of boarding does not (ex. if boarding starts Friday and you call Tuesday to cancel, it's 3 days of notice).

Campers from Other Camp Bow Wow's

• Campers from other Camp Bow Wow locations are welcome to board, but are required to complete either a full day of daycare ($46) or a half day of daycare ($34) prior to their boarding stay.

Daycare, Enrichment, Bath and First day special Packages (Anything purchased has a one year expiration from date of purchase)

• No package refunds after 30 days from date of purchase.
• For package refunds within 30 days, used days will be adjusted to full price from the discounted package price.
• All Day Care Packages expire one year from date of purchase
