The front desk is great; I'm still getting to know team members. I want to share that while most of my experiences have been excellent, I have had one disappointing experience. I was charged $10 for bringing my dog a snack. The fee was never disclosed to me during the intake, and is not on your website or app when booking. I'd brought her with a snack before and never been charged. I also only occasionally was told whether or not she'd eaten it (she typically doesn't). I'm not complaining that you charge (though it does seem excessively high for food that Camp Bow Wow does not provide, and we won't be doing it anymore). I am upset that it is not listed anywhere.
