The entire front desk team is wonderful, friendly and helpful. What makes this a 10 for me is the fact that my dog loses his mind when we even get close to CBW. Once we get inside, his wheels are spinning and spinning. He is so excited and happy to be there. I watch him on cams and he is playing and having fun. It is all about him enjoying it and I am certain he would give a 10 also.
