What creates a joyful experience for us at Camp Bow Wow is the genuine care and kindness the staff consistently show to Loki. Even though she doesn’t socialize much with other dogs, the team still encourages her at her own pace and showers her with attention and love. The lobby is always clean and welcoming, and we’re greeted with smiles every time we walk in. Most importantly, Loki is always so excited to be there—her tail starts wagging the moment she sees the staff, which says everything about how comfortable and happy she feels.

The staff is always so welcoming and always knows my dog by name (they have actually nicknamed him "studmuffin"), which isn't easy as there are so many black dogs who are similar looking.
