Our two dogs have never been boarded or done doggy day care but we have a vacation schedule this year and needed a place for them to stay. Camp Bow Wow was our third doggie daycare/boarding place we visited in the last week. The first one was...let's just say very rustic. So we went to a different place and upon walking in and taking the tour I had an off feeling, but went ahead and booked. When I got home I looked them up on Facebook and was shocked at what I was reading and immediately cancelled the booking. Then came Camp Bow Wow. I read google review and FB reviews and everything I saw was very positive. When we came for our interview the manager was very kind and explained the process very well. We were able to watch on the cameras as the took the dogs back to introduce them to the other dogs. Then she came out and explained how they did and what the next steps were. Being able to watch them on camera was awesome because we could see they were okay and being loved on by the staff. When we came back to pick them up the lady who checked us out was very nice and let us know the dogs did great and passed their interview and we were able to get them booked for our vacation. They also recommended that we bring them back a few times prior to boarding to get them more comfortable and used to the experience. Both my husband and I felt very at ease with our dogs being here. We are very grateful because not all doggie places actually seem to love the dogs. You all are very loving and it shows. Thank you!
